Puppy Application & Contracts
We ask that all of our buyers complete a puppy application and sign our Sales Contract. Our puppy applications is basically like a 20 questions to get to know you and your family. We also use some of the information to plug into the contract and microchip registry. All information provided IS confidential.
We do have two contracts. We have our Holding Fee Contract and our Sales Contract. These contracts are to protect the buyer and the breeder. I would consider it very basic compared to other breeders. It's basically a promise from us to you that we are providing everything that we say we are giving to you and it's a promise from you to us that you are committing to your puppy of choice.
Pricing & Payments
All of our puppies are priced between $1800-2500. Each puppy is priced according to "bully"-ness, structure and color. We begin accepting holding fees at 2 weeks of age. Holding fees are $500, this holds your pup of choice until 8 weeks of age when it's ready to go home. The holding fee goes towards the full amount of the puppy. All of our puppies must be paid in full at pickup. We do accept payment plans up to 10 weeks of age but no puppy is able to leave until it is paid in FULL.
Before sending the holding fee, please understand that ALL holding fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Depending on the situation they may be transferable to another or future litter.
We accept many forms of payment including Venmo, PayPal (friends/family), Zelle, Cashapp, and obviously cash. Here soon we will also accept most major Credit Cards with a [ ]% fee.

Shipping
In Person Pickup
Majority of our clients travel to us to pickup their puppy in person. For the safety of our newly vaccinated pups, our pets and home, we prefer to meet in a public place but sometimes we make exceptions and people come to our home. We truly enjoy meeting our clients in person but we do know that sometimes that's not possible so we do provide other options.
Ground Shipping -
As a puppy buyer myself, I have used ground shippers many times over the years. We have never had an incident of puppy illness or injury during transport. This service costs roughly $500 unless noted otherwise by the shipper. If for whatever reason the shipment takes longer than expected, such as during snowstorms in the northeast, the shipper may charge more.

Going Home Day

Lifetime Return Policy
Here at Eastside Irish Bullies we believe that if we bring these puppies into the world then we are responsible for every dog we've reproduced in ensuring it's in a loving and safe home. We welcome ANY dog that has been produced or sold by us to be surrendered to us at any given age. We understand that things happen but we are ALWAYS willing to take the puppy/dog back.
However, we do not "refund" pups once a pup has been surrendered back to us, but again, we will welcome the burden of trying to rehome your pet for you.

Included with your Puppy Purchase
All of our puppies come with the following...
- Sales Contract
- Vet Checked (vaccinated & dewormed)
- Microchipped (Registered through AKC Reunite)
- IOEBA Puppy Registration Paperwork (may not arrive in time for going home date but if they arent then they'll be shipped to you)
- Lifetime Breeder Support (we're available anytime and for the years to come. never be afraid to reach out to us for advice or simply just to share the joys you've experienced with your new fur baby! We're here, ALWAYS!)
